Day 3

Up this morning bright and early at half 6. Late start at work as I'm in a course so was able to easily get the 30 day shred in as well as a stretch video from blogilates.

So, feeling good and very proud of my self! Hardest thing today? Eating well!! This course is renowned for 'yellow foods' I.e sausage rolls, bread etc. so I need to try and choose clean foods! Breakfast choices were ok, managed to get some fruits and granted, some pancake things, but after 40 mins workout, I need some carbs!
